All accessed through one contact point. We are able to provide a large pool of crew resources for all types of vessels. We offer a management for crew solutions, ranging from ad-hoc basic crew to full crew managing services. All seafarers are carefully screened, tested, and interviewed to ensure only the best crew members are eligible to join. Our selection process is designed to ensure that seafarers meet the highest standards in terms of qualifications, experience, and authenticity of documents. By conducting thorough screening, reference checks, document validation, and interviews, we aim to select the most suitable candidates who will contribute to the safety and success of our maritime operations. Selection Procedure for Seafarers
Screening and Reference Checking
The selection process begins with a thorough review of the seafarer's previous employment records. This step helps identify individuals with appropriate seagoing experience relevant to the positions available. We conduct reference checks to verify the seafarer's previous seagoing experience and gather information from previous employers.
Documents Checking
We meticulously examine the endorsements, licenses, and flag documents held by the seafarer. This includes checking the validity and authenticity of these documents. We inspect training certificates to ensure they comply with international standards such as the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) 2010 Manila with Amendments, International Labor Organization (ILO) MLC 2006 qualification requirements, and the International Safety Management (ISM) Code.
Interview Process
We assess the suitability of each candidate based on their qualifications, experience, and the specific requirements of the positions available. A preliminary interview is conducted to further assess the candidate's qualifications, experience, and compatibility with the company's values and culture.
Aspirant Selection
Cadet and Trainee Ratings Selection: For our Cadet and Trainee Ratings positions, candidates are selected in accordance with the guidelines outlined in our Trainee Programmed. This includes considering their educational background, potential for growth, and alignment with our program's objectives.
